Greetings all writers and users of the arts, especially if it includes writing!! I was just wondering if I am all alone on here... I have a vision that writers can get together and start their own groups. I dream that writers and other creative people will join forces and start to use their voices in a new and creative way. How great it would be to have open mic sessions, to perform work in front of others - in town squares, in parks, in hospitals, in old peoples' homes, in the pub, at events... all manner of places!!

I find that when people start writing together they feel less alone - they find that others are feeling the same as them, they start to share experiences and then they discuss solutions and encourage one another. If you are running a group - get in touch and tell us where you are meeting!! If you want to join one - let us know and we'll see if we can put you in touch with others.
